For new users:
To register for the quiz, you have two options:
1) At the top of the homepage, click 'Register' or;
2) Click 'Refresher Quiz'
Thereafter, enter your personal particulars. You will receive an SMS with a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification. The SMS Sender ID is reflected as ‘POLWEL’. You are also required to make a payment of $20 (before GST) via a third-party payment gateway. Once the payment is made successfully, you can proceed to take the quiz.
For registered users:
If you have previously registered an account with us, at the top right-hand corner of the page, click 'Login' and follow the instructions to enter your registered mobile number. An SMS OTP will be sent to you for verification.
Upon successful login:
a) Go to the 'Profile’ page,
b) Click 'Edit Particulars'.
c) To change your PWM rank: Select the correct PWM Rank from the options provided
d) To change your email address: Enter your new email address
e) To change your mobile number: Enter both new and old number for verification
f) Click ‘Save’ to complete the change
Payment Related

S$20 before GST ($21.80 inclusive of 9% GST).
We accept Credit/Debit Cards (VISA or Mastercard) and PayNow.
If you have provided your email address during the registration of the quiz, the receipt will be automatically sent to your email account (please check your ‘junk / spam’ folder).
Alternatively, you may access the receipt by logging into the account that was previously created. Click ‘Transaction History’, select ‘Download Receipts’.
No – we will waive the payment for officers to re-attempt the quiz within 1 year from the date where payment was last made. Thereafter, the prevailing quiz fees will apply.
For example, if an officer has made a payment, took the quiz and failed on 1 October 2023, he / she can re-attempt the quiz at no cost by 30 September 2024.
The fee waiver will lapse once the officer has passed the quiz at any point during the 1-year period.

To retrieve your result slip:
a) At the end of the completion of your quiz, the result will be shown on the screen. You can click 'Download PDF' to download a copy of your result slip.
b) If you have provided us with an email address during the quiz registration, the result will automatically be sent to the email address indicated (please check your ‘junk/spam’ folder).
c) Alternatively, you may also access your past result slip by logging in to your account. Click ‘Past Quiz Attempts > Download Transcripts’, choose the result slip that you wish to retrieve.
Yes, after the completion of your quiz, scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the email address(es) of the recipient(s) whom you wish to send the quiz result to. Thereafter, click ‘Send Result’.
To send your result to multiple contacts, separate the email addresses with commas (e.g., personA@email.com, personB@email.com).
Quiz Related

At the ‘Results’ page, click 'Retake Quiz'. You may also log in to your ‘Profile’ page and click 'Retake Quiz'.
At the top of the homepage, click the 'Resources' tab to access the learning materials, which are prepared by the authority for officers’ learning purposes.
The passing score is 70%. For example, you will need to answer at least 14 (out of 20) questions correctly to obtain a pass grade.
Each question will carry an equal weightage, and each correct answer will be awarded the full point. No point will be awarded for wrong answer given .
You will be given two (2) hours to complete the quiz. There is a timer located at the top of the screen to keep track of your remaining quiz duration.
If there is time remaining on your countdown timer, you may re-login again, click ‘Take Quiz’ and ‘Resume’ button to continue with your quiz.
After you have completed the refresher quiz, the system will automatically send all results to PLRD daily. As such, you do not need to send your results to PLRD after you have completed the quiz.
